Facebook vs. Employers

Apparently, criticism of bosses and employers is now being argued as a "protected activity."

  1. yes, you should be free to bash anyone on a social networking site (hello, freedom of speech!) but you should be prepared to face the consequences.

    the company, in this instance, is totally in the right. the employee should've been fired.
